24 Hour Readathon

I recently did a 24-hour readathon and these are the six books that I read. I am doing the HRCYED 2.0 reading challenge this year, and you had to read for 24 hours or from the time you got up to the time you went to bed. The only thing required was that you had to read at least three books. I will give you most of my thoughts during my weekly wrap-up post, instead of here.

The Baby Dragon Cafe By: A. T. Qureshi

I have been hearing about this book everywhere, so I decided to read it. It is a cute book, and I really enjoyed it. I gave it 4 stars.

Tree Table Book By: Lois Lowry

I gave this book 4 stars also. I needed to read this book for a book club so figure this was the best time to do so.

The Music Inside Us By: James Howe

This is a cute picture book that I gave 4 stars. I read this because my town does a All Reads program every year and this book was part of it.

Sea Otter Sunrise By: Mary Pope Osborne

I use to read these books to my boys. I have become invested in them so now I have to read them as they come out. They are cute and fun, and I gave this book 4 stars.

Don’t Sleep With the Dead By: Nghi Vo

I didn’t realize that the book The Chosen and the Beautiful had a sequel, so I picked up this book. It was ok and gave it 3 stars.

Lore Olympus Volume 8 By: Rachel Smythe

I am now all caught up with this series until the new one comes out in October. I gave this 4 stars.

Are you doing the HRCYED 2.0 Challenge hosted by Qwordy. You are allowed to double up on your books, but rereading is limited. The challenge goes from July 7, 2025 to July 6, 2026. I started on the 1st of July and will end on the 30th of June.
