This is for the week of October 11th- October 17th. I read a total o six books which brings my 2021 yearly total to 306 books. These books totaled 2,181 pages.
The Space Between Worlds By: Micaiah Johnson
I gave this book 3 stars. I honestly couldn’t tell what this book is about. I know it is sci-fi with some traveling. It really didn’t draw me in so wasn’t memorable.

Sweet & Bitter Magic By: Adrienne Tooley
I gave this book 3 stars. I wanted something to get me in the Halloween spirit and it wasn’t this book. This is a sweet book about two girls wanting to find a family member and make things right.
Cemetery Boys By: Aiden Thomas
I gave this book 3 stars. Another book I wanted to get me into the Halloween spirit. I had high hopes for this book because I heard nothing but good things about and it was just ok for me. This is about a boy who wants his best back and decides to raise him the dead. He does raise someone from the dead but it isn’t his friend. Things go on from there.
Christmas Dessert Murder By: Joanne fluke

American Royals By: Katharine McGee
I sadly gave this a 3 star also. I buddy read this book with my daughter, Tara. First it is hard to imagine America with a Royal Family. This is about four female two of which are part of the royal family. They other two are involved with the family. The oldest girl will be the first Queen when her Dad passes. This is new because it always fell to the first son whether he was first born or not. The second daughter feels like a spare so she has a wild spirit. She is best friends with one of the other girls who also has a relationship with her twin brother. The last girl is the ex-girlfriend of the twin brother and she wants him bac so will go to all means to get him back. This is the first book in a duology. This is part one of their story.
These are the books that I read. As you can see it was mostly just an average week for me. I am hoping next week will be better. Have you read any of these books? What did you think of them? Do you agree with my rating?
