Weekly Wrap-Up

These six books I read for the week of June 16th-June 22nd. This brings my yearly reading total to 172 books. The page total for the week was 1,637 pages read.

Andersonville Civil War Prison By: Robert Scott Davis

I gave this book 5 stars. This is a small book with a lot of information about this southern prison. It tells why it was created and what happened.

The Outsider By: Stephen King

I gave this book 3 stars. It is the first book of the Holly series. A 11-year boy violated corpse is found in a town park. All evidence points to a popular citizen even though he has an alibi.

Something is killing the Children Volume 6 By: James Tynion IV

I gave this graphic novel 4 stars. Erica is still searching for the monster. She now has help from Gabi and her guardian. Things aren’t going well for them. The monster is on the move and getting hungrier and stronger.

Dead Man’s Wake By: Paul Doiron

Something is the killing the children volume 7 By: James Tynion IV

I gave this graphic novel 4 stars. Erica uses Gabi to help lore the monster. The organization isn’t happy with the hire killer and one of the leaders decides to help Erica.

A Map to Paradise By: Susan Meissner

I gave this book 4 stars. The year is 1956 and our main character is being blacklisted for being a communist or so they think.
