Book Review:

I gave this book 4 stars. For a change I have actually read all the books in this series so far. I do have one more to read that just came out and I will have a review for that book coming.

In this book Carly’s shop is doing really well and a local teenager is doing deliverers for lunches for her and the other eateries to the seniors in the local community. One day the young man has an unhappy customer, and he doesn’t know how to deal with her. Carly tells him the next time she causes him issues to just call her and she will talk with her. Unknown to both of them when he goes to deliver her lunch he finds her dead. He calls Carly right after calling the police and she tells him everything will be ok and just do what the officers tell him.

Things aren’t looking good for this young man, so Carly does what she does best and starts looking into the murder to help him out. We all know what will happen next. I just love how Carly stands behind her employee’s and friends. All of her friends get mad at her for putting her life on the line, but they wouldn’t change anything about her.

Can’t wait to read and review the next book in this series.
