The Inheritance By: Trisha Sakhlecha
I gave this book 3.5 stars. Most family reunions end in tears. This one ends in murder. The Agarwal’s have gathered on an island that the oldest daughter owns. The family is messed up and it seems they are out for one another. Everyone has a secret, and they will do just about anything to keep it a secret.

Not the Killing Kind By: Maria Kelson
I gave this book 4 stars. An 18-year-old is in jail for his best friend’s murder. The police think he did it, but his mom doesn’t. His mom starts to investigate and finds out somethings that certain people don’t want her to know.
