Book Review:
I loved this book and gave it 4 stars. I love the friendships in this book and how they stuck together even though they were scared and wanted to quit.
This book is about three friends who decide to go out the cemetery on Halloween night to see if they can find the woman in white and take her picture. They are doing this because they want to be able to continue to be on the school newspaper the following year. It is dark and wet, and the cemetery closes at dusk because of the vandalism that has been happening. They get more than they plan when they are chased by a security guard and don’t really get the picture they planned on.
At midnight all three start getting weird and scary messages on their phones. They are trying to figure out who is sending them the messages because they don’t know the number on the phone. Things get stranger and scary as the day goes on and they need to figure out what is going on but they are also scared.
I like how they encourage each other and help each other as the time goes on. This book does get scary at times so I would suggest not to read it at night.
I really like how the author gets her ideas for a book. I like how she takes a piece of history that not too many people know about and tells us about it in a unique way.
