Ice Cream Man Volume 1 By: W. Maxwell Prince

I gave this graphic novel 3 stars. This is an adult graphic novel with several different stories. Each story is about a different character and end with the ice cream man showing up. The ice cream man seems to be doing something with the character to make them do evil things. I have heard about this graphic novel and wanted to give it a try. I have the 2nd volume and will read it before I decide if I will continue with the series.

Call Down the Hawk By: Maggie Stiefvater

I gave this book 3 stars. This is the 1st book in the Dreamer Trilogy. Dreamers walk among us. those who dream cannot stop dreaming. Those drawn to dreamers use them. Ronan is a dreamer; Jordan is a thief and Carmen is a hunter. How do they meet and what will happen when they do.

Inside out and back again By: Thanhha Lai

I gave this book 3 stars. This book is written in verse. It is about a young girl and her family who were refugees from Saigon. It tells about her struggles in a new country.

My Love Story By: Kazune Kawahara

I gave this manga 3 stars. This is the first volume in a series. A very loud male teenager saves a girl from an indecent individual. She comes to his house to thank him. He thinks she likes his best friend instead of him. But in reality, she really likes him. This was an ok story, and I will check out the next volume to decide if I want to continue.
