Here is my annual Reindeer Readathon TBR. I have done this readathon since it started five years ago. This year I am on team Candy Cane. So, let’s learn what I will be reading.

Dasher- 15 points

Read a book where the title contains one of the first 5 words you see in the word grid. Here are the first five words I saw. Crown, Book, Wind, Peace and Storm.

The book I chose for this is The Mayfair Bookshop By: Eliza Knight I will also be doing one of the bonuses with this book also and that prompt is Christmas Lights. This prompt is to read a e-book. This prompt gives my team 15 points.

Dancer- 15 points

Kiss Her Once for Me By: Alison Cochrun

Prancer- 10 points

Read a book set in a place you have never been. The Book I chose takes place in London.

Vixen- 20 points

Read a book you have been putting off.

The King of Crows By: Libba Bray. This book will be used for the Christmas Star bonus prompt for an additional 25 points. The prompt is to read a book over 500 pages.

Comet- 20 points

Read a book that starts with the same letter as your star sign. My star sign is Capricorn, so my book needs to start with a C.

Christmas at the Amish Market By: Shelley Shepard Gray

This book will also be used for the bonus prompt of Christmas Carol which will give my team an additional 20 points. The prompt is to read an audiobook.

Donner- 15 points

Read a book with multiple animals on the cover.

The Christmas Pig By: JK Rowling

I am also using this book for the bonus prompt of Christmas Tree for the additional 20 points. The prompt is to read a book you wouldn’t typically go for.

Cupid- 15 points

Read a book that has multiple points of view.

Remarkably Bright Creatures By: Shelby Van Pelt

Blitzen- 20 points

Roll a dice. The number you get multiplied by 100 is the minimum number of pages the book needs to have. I rolled a 4. So, I need to read a book that is at least 400 pages.

Meet me under the Mistletoe By: Jenny Bayliss.

This book has 410 pages. I will also be using this book for the bonus of Christmas Elf for the additional 15 points. The prompt is a book that has been on my tbr for a long time.

Rudolph- 20 points

Read a book that came out before you were born or a book that came out in 2023. I chose the 2023 book.

Find Him Where You Left Him Dead By: Kristen Simmons

There is one more extra bonus which is called Sleighing it worth 50 points. To do this prompt you have to finish all the other prompts including the extra bonuses. I haven’t chosen a book for this prompt but if I get this far, I will let you know what I decided to use.

I hope you join this readathon. It is fun and even though it is too late to sign up for team you can still do the prompts. and have fun.
