Weekly Wrap-Up

Here is my Weekly wrap-up. This is for the week of April 3rd-April 9th. I read 4 books which brings my yearly total to 118 books read. These books totaled 1,307 pages. You will notice that one of the books is turned around. That book is a place holder for the book I needed to return to the library.

Milkman By: Anna Burns

I gave this book 3 stars. It is also the book not pictured above because it had to be returned to the library. Woman keeping her boyfriend from her mom. She also is keeping everyone in the dark about the Milkman. Things are becoming interesting which isn’t good because that means she becomes noticed and that can be dangerous.

The Warden and the Wolf King By: Andrew Peterson

I gave this book 3 stars. I have a review for this book. Here is the link. https://debbiesreadingcorner.com/2023/04/08/the-warden-and-the-wolf-king-review/

Copy Cap Murder By: Jenn McKinlay

I gave this book 4 stars. It is the fourth book in a series. Scarlett is feeling homesick, but she doesn’t want her cousin to know. Meanwhile during a British traditional celebration, a gentleman is found dead, and their friend is the number one suspect. Can Scarlett help him, or will he do time?

A Prairie Devotional By: Wendi Lou Lee

I gave this book 3 stars sadly. this book wasn’t what I expected. The author played baby Grace in the TV Series Little House on the Prairie. She went through some life changing events, and this is what came of it. Even though I wasn’t a huge fan of this book it will go in my collection of Little House books.

Not a big or exciting reading week for me. There was a lot of things happening and reading had to take a back burner. Have you read any of these books? If so, what did you think about them? Let’s chat in the comments down below and as always remember to keep reading.
