Death of a Mad Hatter By: Jenn McKinlay
I gave this book 4 stars. Scarlett and Viv are making hats for an Alice in Wonderland party. Before the party happens, the heir is killed by poison. This poison is found on the hats that they have made. Did they kill the heir or were they framed?

The Windeby Puzzle By: Lois Lowry

Finding Winnie By: Lindsay Mattick
I gave this picture book 4 stars. Cute story about the bear who inspired AA Milne to write Winnie the Pooh. I love the pictures and how the real bear was saved and loved.

The Most Amazing Bird By: Michael Arvaarluk Kusugak
I gave this picture book 3 stars. It was a cute story about the birds who come to a certain area during all the seasons. It was mostly about an ugly raven.

Wolf in the Snow By: Matthew Cordell
I gave this picture book 3 stars. Great pictures. Hardly any words which is great for little ones. Little person rescues a wolf pup in the snow and takes it back to his pack.

Teaching By the Spirit By: Gene R. Cook
I gave this book 4 stars. He gives several ideas and reason to learn how to listen to the spirit while you give a talk or even while teaching a class. He gives several examples and some insight on how to do this.

Buried in a Good Book By: Tamara Berry
I gave this new cozy mystery series 4 stars. This is about a mystery writer who is recovering from a divorce. She has inherited a cabin from her grandfather and decides to start over there with her daughter. As all cozy mysteries goes there is a murder, and she is out to help solve it with some knowledge because she is a writer.

The Thursday Murder Club By: Richard Osman
Another new cozy mystery series. I gave this one 3 stars. This book takes place in a retirement community and a group of the ladies decided to help some unsolved murder cases. They don’t have anything better to do with their time.

Santa’s Sweetheart By: Janet Dailey
I gave this book 4 stars. I know it isn’t Christmas time, but it is still wintertime.
This has a single dad who is raising his 6-year-old daughter. His wife passed away almost a year ago. The little girl is trying to set her dad up with her teacher. The teacher has some issues and is afraid of commenting to anyone because of her pass. Can she overcome her issues to make this little girl? You will have to read the book.
