Weekly Wrap-Up

This is for the week of September26th-October 2nd.I read a total of 7 books which brings my yearly reading total to 245 book. These books totaled 1,843 pages.

Alice Austen Lived Here By: Alex Gino

I gave this book 4 stars.

Sam is in touch with who he is. There is a contest, and he learns about the history of some place that hasn’t always been there. He learns that it was always a safe place to be open about who they are.

The Flatshare By: Beth O’Leary

I gave this book 3 stars.

A male and female who end up sharing an apartment to help with cost. They interact through notes since they don’t see each because of their schedules. Until one day the male walks in on her in the bathroom as she is bathing. They become friends which leads to other things.

Out of the Blue By: Jason June

I gave this book 4 stars.

This is about a teenage merboy who is allowed to spend one month on land. He is supposed to help a human and earn a blue fin mark. The only rule is he can’t go back into the ocean before the month is over or he will remain a human.

Perfect on Paper By: Sophie Gonzales

Inheritance By: Katharine McGee

I gave this 3stars.

This is about the Royal’s siblings before book 1. Beatrice is learning what is expected of her so she can no longer be left alone with her guard

Samantha is easily bored so gets herself into trouble.

Jefferson discovers he might have feelings for his twin sister’s best friend.

Daphne is hiding a secret.

We Unleash the Merciless Storm By: Tehlor Kay Mejia

I gave this book 4 stars.

The sequel to We set the Dark on Fire. Civil War is coming. Secrets are revealed. does freedom happen or is all lost.

Montress Volume 5: War Child By: Marjorie Liu

I gave this graphic novel 4 stars. They are at war. The main person is remembering things from her childhood. She isn’t liking it. Here we learn what happens to her to make her who she is now.
