This wrap-up is the week of August of 1st-August 7th. I read a total of 7 books which brings my yearly total to 196 books. These books came to a total of 2,100 pages.
The Galaxy, and the Ground Within By: Becky Chambers
This is the fourth and final book in the Wayfarers Series. This is about a spaceship stopover. It is kind of like a truck stop. Something is stopping or detouring the spaceships from this stopover. There are three strangers who are stranded at this stopover who get to know each other as they wait and then they are off trying to figure out what is going on. I gave this book 3 stars.
The Penderwicks in Spring By: Jeanne Birdsall
This is the third book in the series. This is about the youngest who overhears her sisters blaming her for the death of their mother. Mom died shortly after she was born. This is her story and what she does to deal with this. I gave this book 3 stars.
Lesson is to not always believe what you hear.
Princess Princess Ever After By: Katie O’Neill
Cute graphic novel about two princesses who learn how to be themselves and overcome how people see them. I gave this book 5 stars.
Act your age, Eve Brown
I gave this book 4 stars. The last book in the Brown Sisters series. This was my favorite out the three.
Eve randomly stops in for an interview at a B&B. The owner doesn’t like her and so doesn’t hire her right away. When she leaves, she accidently hits the owner with her car when he runs out to tell her she is hired. In the accident his arm is broken so she takes over the kitchen according to his 7 volumes of instructions. This is their story.
The Penderwicks at Point Mouette By: Jeanne Birdsall
I gave this book 4 stars. This is the fourth book in the series. In this story the family members split up for their vacations. The oldest goes to the beach while the other girls go to Maine with their aunt. Some interesting things happen and this their adventure.

Lore Olympus Volume Two By: Rachel Smythe
I gave this graphic novel 4 stars. The continuation of the Hades and Persephone relationship. So far nothing is happening. they both have feelings for each other but won’t admit it.
