Review:

I really enjoy this book and gave it 4 stars. I will say you have to read the first book before you read this one. There is a lot of reference that is from book 1 that you won’t understand what is what happening in this book if you haven’t read book 1.

This starts off within a month of where book one left off. It is a sad beginning because they are having a funeral for their goldfish, Christopher.

Finlay is again stuck in her writing for her second book and keeps putting off her agent until the last minute. It is hard to say to describe what happens in this book because I don’t want to give too much away for this book and the first one.

She has a live in Nanny now who helps with her two young children. She is dealing with her jerk of an ex-husband and her romantic life or lack of one.

She finds herself back involved in the chat room which got her into trouble in the first and is now getting her into trouble again. This time she trying to protect her ex and her children when they are with him. For more information you really need to read these books.

This is a different kind of cozy mystery series and I think you will enjoy them.
