Weekly Wrap-Up

This wrap-up is for the week of December 6th-December 12th.I read a total of 7 books which brings my yearly reading total to 358 books. These books totaled 2,900 pages.

How To Find a Princess By: Alyssa Cole

I gave this book 4 stars. It is part of the Runaway Royals series. This book was read for both the Merry Bookmas readathon and the create your own holiday adventure readathon.

Christmas Bells By: Jennifer Chiaverini

I gave this book 3 stars. It wasn’t one of her better books. I used this book for all three readathons I am doing this month.

Red Tigress By: Amelie Wen Zhao

I gave this book 3 stars. I didn’t read it for any of the readathons. I read it for review. Here is the link to the review. https://debbiesreadingcorner.com/2021/12/09/red-tigress-book-review/

The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel: The Lost Stories Collection By: Michael Scott

I gave this book 3 stars. I read this book for the reindeer readathon and for review. Here is the link for the review. https://debbiesreadingcorner.com/2021/12/10/the-secrets-of-the-immortal-nicholas-flamel-the-lost-stories-collection-book-review/

Gods and Monsters By: Shelby Mahurin

I gave this book 4 stars. I was supposed to finish this last month because it was buddy read with my daughter, Tara. This was the third and final book in the Serpent and Dove series. I really enjoyed reading this series and highly recommend it.

The Love Hypothesis By: Ali Hazelwood

I gave this book 4 stars. I read this for the Merry Bookmas readathon. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. It is set at Stanford and the PhD program.

The Fallen Hero By: Katie Zhao

I gave this book 3 stars. If I would have known, it was the second book in series I would have read the first book before this one. I read this book for the reindeer readathon. The book was ok but probably would have been better if I read the first book. The book did give you some background but not enough, so I had to figure out some of it on own.

So, there are the books that I read last week. Have you read any of these? If so, do you agree with my ratings? Let’s chat in the comments. Until next time, keep reading.
