August Rush Weekly Wrap-Up

Weekly Reading Numbers:

These are the books I read for the week of August 16th -August 21st. I read 4 books, which brings my 2021 reading total to 247 books. The pages read this week was 1,514.

A Reaper At The Gates By: Sabaa Tahir

This is the third book in Tahir’s series An Ember In The Ashes. I gave it 4 stars. I am enjoying this series very much. War is upon them and Helene is trying to protect both her sister and the empire.

For Which We Stand By: Jeff Foster

I enjoyed reading this book and gave it 4 stars. I have a review up so here is the link.

Shadow Scale By: Rachel Hartman

This was my least favorite of the week. I only gave it 3 stars. I thought this was the last book in a series, but it is only book 2 of 4. I will continue on for now, but I hope it the series gets better. This book is about dragons and the main character, Seraphina, is hoping to get some allies from her half-dragon brethren to make peace between the humans and the dragons.

The Robin’s Crossing By: Wanda E. Brunstetter

This is the last book I finished this week, and I will post a review for this book soon. This is the last book in the Amish Greenhouse Mystery series, and I gave it 4 stars. This book is about the mother, Belinda. You will also find out who is causing the problems on their farm. To hear more more this book, look out for my upcoming review.
